So you would think after being with VIP for years they would change and treat customers with respect when there is an issue with credit. I was wrong. I REGRET recommending this scam to friends and family. I sure will convince them to stop using it. I bought credit and was trying to call only to realize that i had none left. I call these people and they claim i used it to call Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia. Since i used their app i checked my log and found nothing of the sort. They basically treated me with disrespect of a non valued customer. I called a second time only to be put on hold for several minutes and then purposely hanged up. All my family moved to BOSS REVOLUTION better service and app . I have also sent word to all the people i recommended to stop using this high charging, stealing company. They deserve to be shut down. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THIS IS A SCAM !!!
