VIP is a non-comparable calling system with its clean voice during communication with somebody at anywhere.

Easy to call.

When I came into the country, I didn't know about this system, and I thought the rate of a direct call was not that much, so I went ahead and called abroad just to to discover a few weeks later that I did call for $350 just for about 1hour 30minute. But when I came acrose this information, believe me I was indeed relieve. Now I spend $10 for 45 minutes international call."how awesome it is"! Please join me let's boost the image of VIP organization, for they deserve it.

When one dials VIP, an automated message comes on regarding credit balance. What follows is a dull sound in which one is required to dial the number they wish to call. The sound is not pleasant and for a new user, it is confusing if one does not know what to do. Sometimes one dials the number but it is not picked up and the irritating sound continues. My suggestion is: Instead of the dull sound, Why don't you have a voice prompt like, "Dial the number you wish to call", or something to that effect?
