The sign-up and initial use process went very nicely. When I needed questions answered/support it was timely, though and effective.

I call my family in South Africa every week. VIP is easy to use and so much cheaper than the previous company. Thanks to my friends in Memphis who recommended VIP.

I had no connection issues using VIP unlike other calling cards I used in the past . I will recommend VIP without giving a second thought . It is the best out there !

I have have been using this card almost everyday and it is very convenient to use. The rate is a little high per minute and call clarity needs some improvement. I am not sure whether the problem is on the other side or country that I make my calls to. But I still love it. It is great. My main disappointment was the recharging of my family members phones in Sierra Leone. When I tried to recredit their phones, Sierra Leone was not found on the list of the countries to recharge family members phones. I am therefore appealing to the management of VIP to include that country and others. Thank you.
