Looks like I'm late to the party... I as many others here have had the same problem. Fast to take my money... Months to receive my order without any communication. Not sure what their deal is... I'm guessing they take orders for stock they don't have. Anyway, if next week it's not here I'll be getting a hold of my banks fraud dept.

These people are not professionals at all. Been waiting on 2 orders for well over a month, Got e-mail saying my order is on it's way, Now they say i cannot use p.o. box, they need physical address, which we provided, NOTHING !!! we are giving it the rest of week then calling better business bureau !!!!!, By the way ordered from Schiff gold twice after this order and got my stuff less than a week !!!

Have two orders placed, one on August 1st and August 4th. Orders still say processing but my money sure was taken quick. Left many messages with no response. I've bought from many dealers through this pandemic and they have had no issue with delivery or communication.

Long term buyer of Scotsdale silver here. Probably 9 years now or so? Always a good transaction and reading some of these reviews on this site has laughing at why competition sent in fake reviews on this site? Scottsdale manufacturers most of the silver and gold bars and coins you see around the world at other bullion dealers. This is direct from the source. Nobody is more legit, period.

This company scottsdale mint is a scam of they are shady I ordered 2 weeks ago no tracking number I have ordered from 10 other places an have got my orders by the next week please ppl do not buy anything from them I am calling my credit card holder for fruad an we need to start a class action lawsuit an warn ppl an put a site up so when you Google them the site comes up big scam I just got robbed by thin air dont buy from Scottsdale mint ever you feel dumb like me in limbo with your wife saying I told you so

They went above and beyond and helped me acquire an extra product for my 5 ounce stacker. They didn't have to do this. The round stackers are the most beautiful silver rounds anywhere. Yes, the shipping was a bit slower but this is due to the COVID situation.

Still haven't received my order. They are still trying to pull the "Corona Virus" delay, which is TOTAL B.S. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if they returned phone calls, answered emails, or weren't continuously making up delay excuses. If you try to leave a voice mail, it's not possible because you will get a "voice mail box is full" message. WHO RUNS THEIR COMPANY LIKE THIS?
