Engineer rang to say he was 10 minutes away which was useful to know. He explained what he was doing at each stage of repair and didn’t immediately go for expensive options, he tried simple solutions first. Very friendly and gave us the confidence that he knew what he was doing. Very impressed with the Company will certainly use again. Thank you
