Excellent to get an engineer to visit on the next working day. But, despite his endeavours, all Jay was able to do was gather information for an estimate. Although we knew the amount in advance, £234 for under one hour's work, with nothing actually achieved seems a lot to pay!

Excellent customer service very well trained engineers. Everyone involved in the company are very helpful and understanding. Very approachable and good at identifying solutions to problems. Quick response to problem. we had with septic tank. Would highly recommend.

I cannot stress enough how good these folks are. I first encountered Ekoflow when my house purchase was about to collapse due to the vendors not being able to confirm if the septic conformed to the 2020 bindings. Having called Numorus local companies, I was being told it would take at least two weeks for someone to come out to compile a report. However, I called Ekoflow and explained the situation, and they managed to get an engineer to the property within three days, ultimately saving the house purchase. I have since used them to empty the septic, and that was equally painless. We're looking to start building work in the summer and will 100% be using these guys to carry out the drain survey beforehand. I can't recommend Ekoflow enough!
