Very responsive, competitively priced and friendly. The engineer (Dave) who attended was professional and informative as he identified the fault and explained everything to me in Layman’s terms. He then replaced the faulty unit, completed a health check on everything and left us with a working system. I can't praise Ekoflow highly enough. We have been using them since moving into this house a few years ago. They are so conscientious and knowledgeable that I have absolute trust in their judgement. Our domestic pump/macerator which must have been about 30 years old came to a shuddering noisy end two weeks ago. The team at Ekoflow moved heaven and earth to get us sorted ...staring at 5.30 am yesterday morning! I can't tell you how good it is to shower without standing in a bucket to catch the waste water!
