Great service thank you

Prompt, efficient and great customer service. They go out of their way to fit in with customer requirements and needs.

I moved to Ekoflow two years ago following some very poor (and expensive) service from one of their competitors. So far so good. They arrived for our annual service as planned (despite some terrible weather and flooding) and the engineer did a good job and provided a full report. We've moved on to one of their annual service plans. Not the most economical of things but hopefully something that gives peace of mind.

Timely with good communication

Ekoflow replaced my cellar pump last year with a simple, self contained and sealed model. I was pleased with the work they did, and generally the price (though this was on the higher end of the scale). This year, however, they phoned me to tell me that the pump should be "serviced." As far as I can tell the engineer simply ensured that the pump activated when the water level rose, something I could have done myself for free. This experience cost me £222, which I've paid, but am not happy about. I can't help thinking that the person who emailed me to tell me my "pump was due a service" would have known this, and did so purely to make more money for the company without regards to how shabby it would seem to me, the customer. Regarding the reply - Please show the procedure for servicing this pump model.

Great service and prompt response by EKOFLOW

I’ve recently had a replacement for an old ‘onion’ system to a full treatment plant that can dispense into watercourse. The experience has been well planned and whilst traumatic for the lawn, the team have been neat. The system they have installed is working well, as far as a layman can tell. Building control, certification and testing is all taken care of in the process. I have raised a few niggles with Ryan during the closing stages of the installation which have been met with positivity, immediate action and clear ownership ~ this part in particular, is the acid test and mark of a company that wants to get it right and has given me confidence in Ekoflow.
