The product description was incorrect about materials used for the Alpha Industries B-15 bomber jacket. However, I was pleased with the product none the less, and the price was reasonable.

After sending my order and payment i am informed the jersey I ordered is sold out. I asked for a double check and was offered and display jersey that was faded. While i appreciated the offer, I could not gift someone a damadged item. It was a huge disappointment.

Frank’s was great. Ordered a jacket. They emailed me after the order and informs me they were out of the color. Sent me a discount coupon for my next order. I simply changed colors and got a great deal on a winter parka. They were fast, friendly and easy to order from.

I ordered a Champion sweatshirt which they were out of stock and they credited my account in less than one day. Great work, that’s how it’s done, not waiting for 3-5 business days like some places for your refund.
