Great customer service.

Frank's sports shop was truthful & honest with me from the begining regarding an order I placed & paid for in advance that they didn't have presently in stock & it wasn't going to become available until 3 weeks later. I agreed to Frank's keeping my initial payment & contacting me when my order was available in that 3 week period, but Frank's refunded my money & still kept me abreast to when my delivery would come in via email & fortunately it was sooner than 3 weeks, they've received the delivery earlier than expected & order was sent out to me immediately after repayment, nicely packaged & well fitted. I made up my mind to do business with this establishment in the near future & refer other's to do business with them as well. I appreciate this business being being an establishment of honesty & keeping their word!

I ordered a product that the website said was in stock and had it cancelled because it was out of stock. There’s no way to know if you can actually order the stuff on the site.

Great customer service. I spoke to them on the phone due to a return I had to make and also went in person and everyone was very nice and helpful.
