Amazing flowers

After failing to deliver the Mother's Day flowers I had ordered (and paid extra delivery for), finally 3 days later managed to get in touch with a customer service representative via chat (no phone number on website?) who refunded the delivery fee and said another bouquet would be sent out. Confirmation received and was looking forward to my mom receiving the delivery (a week late, but it's the thought). Only today to receive a bizarre email that they are now suspending all West Coast operations and that my ordered is cancelled and a refund should be issued in 5-7 days. Just bizarre. Feels like a SCAM.
