Had good experiences in the past, flowers are usually good quality and extremely well packaged, however on the latest couple of occasions the quality of the flowers was less good. On my most recent purchase many of the stems were past their best with mushy unpleasant flowers going bad. I raised this with the support team but because I had not taken images they were unable to take any action, disappointing as a repeat customer having spent over £70 and received something fairly unpleasant.

Fresh and vibrant flowers - the ideal gift
I ordered a beautiful bouquet of Snapdragons for my mother in law, as well as the medium apothecary vase. The order arrived on the morning of her birthday and they looked so fresh and vibrant - she was absolutely thrilled.

I received these flowers as a gift and was initially very impressed. They were delivered in a beautiful box, contemporary packaging. The flowers smelt fantastic, I kept entering the room where they were just to catch the scent. First impressions were amazing. Within a day the flowers were dying quickly. More than half the flowers were still in bud, didn’t open. I had raised this with Flowerbx direct and was sent a replacement bunch of flowers. Less impressive delivery this time, but still what appeared to be beautiful flowers. Again, most had died within a day, again most still in bud. Really disappointed, i was so impressed with the delivery and first impressions, I had planned to take on a subscription, thinking the first delivery was just unlucky.

Flowers (snapdragons) were dead within two days. Following my initial review, Flowerbx contacted me and arranged for a fresh bunch of snapdragons to be sent free of charge. These flowers were much better and very nice.

The peonies were a beautiful colour but...
The peonies were a beautiful colour...but some were in full flower and some in bud and I would have preferred all of them to have been in bud for longer vase life. Although it says on the website that the flowers arrive in "signature wrapping", these flowers arrived simply in brown paper tied with string. I felt that the price charged was not value for money and that I did not receive a premium flower delivery.

Totally Shambolic. Order flowers for a bereavement in plenty of time. Didn't show up on the day. Tried for the next day and still they messed up. Asked for a refund to which came back no! DO NOT USE this company.

Have ordered twice
Have ordered twice. First were roses a year ago. Delivery person left flowers so late at night we didnt get them until the next morning. But the flowers were great and long lasting. This time we ordered 20 peonies. cost almost $200. delivered via ups. Two stems broken on arrival. Only a handful fully bloomed. Contacted flowerbx customer service. No offer to make things right. So give this a two star average. Will not be ordering from here again.

Received a bunch of tulips at the beginning of the season, just as they were starting to open - stunning. With a few changes of sugared water, they went on, and on, and on... A real visual lift to the dining room table.

Non Existent Service, Poor Flowers, Misspelled Name
I ordered flowers for Mothers Day on Monday before the day which is obviously on Sunday. The flowers came at 5pm and arrived already browning and the name which I provided clearly misspelled. I did not expect such late and non responsive service with such low quality flowers for $150. In reply to the flowerbx response: I provided photo evidence of this to your customer service via email yesterday. I attempted to call your customer support line (since you guys only work weekdays for some reason) and was met with an automated message after a 10 minute wait that you can’t take my call. I left a detailed message and if I do not hear back from you within a day, I am disputing this charge with my credit card. If I could update the star rating, it would be 1 star.
