The flowers arrived a day late and with very poor CX and excuse)

The flowers arrived a day late (for a pre-booked date a week ahead). The reason was that the person making the delivery was unable to find the building to deliver. This is a poor excuse and additionally the driver said they called me but I didn’t receive any calls and I also tried to call the driver 14(!) times while they were in the area and got no response. Of course reaching to someone to support is normally impossible either with FLOWERBX or the delivery company. The flowers were great but if date and punctuality of delivery is not important then you can use FLOWERBX (not sure how many use cases will be for this)

The flowers were of course beautiful…

The flowers were of course beautiful (premium subscription), they were plentiful and I think reflected the cost. However they didn’t last as long as I had anticipated so I will keep and eye on the next delivery to understand longevity as it may not be worth the high investment.

I am loving the flowers but delivery service ruined the experience

I am loving the flowers. But the delivery service is awful. UPS is just the worst. Never calling, arrogant drivers yelling at us because there were work in progress on our street.

Accidentally had put the wrong dates for the flowers to be delivered, contacted customer care and they were able to sort this on very short notice, great service and beautiful flowers!!

Flowers were not up to the quality we expected and died after 3 days. £75 for 3 days is very expensive. Date arrived (2/11/22 Unable to provide you with pictures as they were thrown away 3 days later, I wasn’t going to complain, however trustpilot asked for a review on my purchase (14/11/22)
