Nelly has been coming for the last 4 years. The staff are always so friendly and warming. They make a fuss over her and are so caring and genuine. I wouldnt go anywhere else

The groomers were so good. My dog can be a biter when getting his nails clipped. I watched one groomer hugging and comforting my dog while the other clipped his nails and he was so well behaved. When I've tried to clip his nails he can get aggressive but watching them comforting him and seeing how well behaved he was was honestly heartwarming 😂 they have it down to a fine art!! I will definitely be returning :)

As always a great job done by friendly staff . Would highly recommend this groom room to anyone.

Excellent as always

First time using the service,booked a full groom for my dog expecting an haircut but that wasn’t included,also as matted hair were cut off my dog looked a mess when she came out and I had to try fix it when I got home causing her more stress as she’s scared of scissors etc.that was the whole point me taking her to the groomer.Now she runs away from me because she is scared that I will cut her hair again. The staff ensured me that she would look better after the treatment but that wasn’t the case at all.

Staff were great. Obviously have an genuine affection for dogs. My huskey came out a new man and enjoyed his bath and groom.

Staff friendly and always take time to ask and listen to what cut is required. They remember my dog and remember he's nervous. Would recommend anyone to come here. Very pleased with his groom.

Really easy to book online and find available slots. A godsend as all the independent groomers near me were booked up for months. Pricing is very clear up front. Booked a full groom for our dog and pleased with results. Very pleased with the groomers themselves - clearly very used to dogs of all types, personalities and quirks. Nice relaxing atmosphere. So much so that our dog didn’t look back as she went in, and came back out looking very happy,which alleviated my fears about her being nervous. Would recommend 👍

As always my dog looks lovely when I picked him up. Today he was a little hyper but they really know just how to handle him. He actually likes going and it is so nice to be able to leave my pet and not worry about him. They are amazing at what they do and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
