First time using the groom room for my labradoodle. I asked for her not to cut too short but knew she was matted in places so understood if it wasn’t possible. They did a fantastic job with her. She looked lovely. Rebooked straight away.😊

Did ok job but they was half hour past my appointment has they was too busy talking then said if we late picking him up they charge us £15 even though we waited 30mins extra in the beginning when we went pick dog up they was busy talking again she was softly brushing his fur but soon she seen me she interacted with my dog then started brushing him properly both groomers I felt didn’t care about the dogs they paid attention more to themselfs talking constant then the dogs not using again going somewhere else

I recently visited the Groom Room with my beloved furry friend for a grooming session, but unfortunately, it was a less than pleasant experience. Upon arrival, I witnessed one of the groomers being rather harsh and unkind towards a spaniel who seemed nervous during the grooming process. It was disheartening to see a lack of patience and empathy towards the animals in their care. Furthermore, when I brought my dog home, I couldn't help but notice the subpar quality of the grooming job. There were noticeable irregularities in the cut, with too much hair taken from behind the ears and an uneven trim around the tail and head. In fact, my wife had to step in and tidy up the cut to make our dog look presentable again. Despite these disappointments, I must acknowledge the positive interaction I had with the staff member who served me. She was friendly, professional, and displayed genuine care for both the pets and their owners. In conclusion, while the customer service was commendable, the overall grooming experience left much to be desired. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in the future.
