Booked in for full groom, usually takes 2 hours, appt was at 1 told would be ready for 3, came at 3 and was not ready, was hanging in the store for a further 40mins. This is not the first time, Nobody approached us to let us know how long it would be. Suggestion - they have contact details, maybe call to say there’s a delay or call 15 mins before finishing to say the dog will be ready

I & my dog are traumatised by the experience of my mini schnauzer being groomed at pets at home. He has been stripped back all over & bare skin in places.He should have a good covering of fur & a distinctive beard & eye brows.He is unrecognisable as a Schnauzer & has been traumatised by the whole experience. Other Professional groomers have taken hours to groom him & this groomer did him in 1hr 30 mins & has literally stripped him of all his fur. I left in tears & warn anyone who has a dog which has a specific cut to avoid Pets at Home. I don't even recognise my own dog & he seems traumatised.

Awful service my dog came home with a extra short bit because they said the clipper guard came of when they used it I feel the team in the groom room are very young and pretty much left to deal with situations on there own when I complained I felt fobbed of by the store manager and felt I was to blam because my dog had a few knots when you pay £58 u expect time to be taken to get knots out rather that reach for the clippers very disappointed

They butchered my dog. Took her in for a freshen up and trim/tidy up as she's gonna be in my wedding.. she's come out nearly bald in parts and she's a long coat collie cross for reference.. I couldn't pick her up so she was picked up by a friend who paid not knowing what to do... I can't believe they think this is ok to charge for... £75 and a child could have done better. Tried to call them 3 times and no answer. Photos available

Was worried that Barneys usual groomer wasn't available but Tom groomed him and did great job. Really pleased with his groom

As always, a good experience for my dog. Girls are amazing and the dogs all seem very happy coming and going. There's a wide choice to choose from. Something for all budgets.

Always a good job but yesterday I bought my dog in at 8 am and picked her up as advised at 10 but had to wait another half a hour making me late for another appointment I had. My dog is a King Charles and I have her but right down so no combing involved. I wondered why it too so long and where my dog was during this time ?

price was more than expected n dog was so short that he hadnt been left with any head fluff n tail
