Our pup was looked after as this was her first time being groomed all the groomers are brilliant

We didn’t receive any terms and conditions attached to our email. We didn’t receive a phone call ahead of the booking. I booked 2 dogs in at 1pm and had the confirmation through that confirmed this. It was only when I received the text message a few days before it didn’t mention the second dog, I then checked and was told the appointment for my second dog was at 3pm. None of my confirmations said this nor when I booked. I then turned up and was told my dog couldn't be trimmed because he is a Labrador - I was never told this and had booked him in for a cut. I mentioned that he had been suffering with fleas on and off, I was then told he couldnt be groomed at all. I’m not sure if your terms and conditions mention about potential fleas but as I never received them I couldn’t review, the confirmation email says ‘they were below’ - but there was nothing. I was never called to discuss the appointments even though this was also said in the confirmation, so there was no potential to discuss any of the above before the appointment. I am now out of pocket for the deposit and took an unnecessary trip with a dog who isn’t keen being in a car.

This was the first time my 9 mth puppy was going to have a groom and nails cut. I witnessed the dog before petrified. The owner told me the dog had gone many times and loved it. She was very concerned and upset. When the groomer came to my dog. I asked him a few questions. He confirmed he was new and was a trainee and so was the other member of staff. There were no fully trained staff there. I thought that was strange. As who would the trainees ask for guidance. I was not informed or asked if this was OK at time of booking. He took my puppy to the back of the shop. Then came out and groomed another dog. I heard my dog crying and yelping. I didn't understand why he took my puppy away and put her in a cage if he was not ready for her and then come out to groom another dog. Why didn't he wait until he was free then take my dog. I spoke to a manager called Dan. He said my dog was being bathed. My dog was still crying after about 25 mins. I asked could I see her. They let me and they hadn't even started her treatment. I then took my dog as she was so stressed. I have been very upset about the whole ordeal. i felt the manager was rude and uncaring. I did ask why was I not told that there was no experienced staff on duty and why was I not informed at time of booking. He said the experiance staff were all on holiday. Dan's response to me was it's fine no problem. I was not fine.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Only place we can take our rescue dog to get her claws done and we’ve tried everywhere in our home town Somerset. So when we visit family the ladies are always good to get her booked in a good slot and our dog walks out a very happy lady! Thank you so much! X

Tyler and the team always go out of their way to ensure that Freddy has a fabulous groom. It's a difficult groom as Freddy has to have sedation. Tyler liaises with the vets and everything went smoothly. Brilliant service again, we don't know what we would do without them.

Awful no staff there for appointment time Could not find staff to even notify we had arrived At least they refunded deposit But won't use them again

Although I was was 15 minutes late for the appointment the girls done the best cut my dog has ever had, she looks amazing. Thank you so much for your skill and expertise

The workers are lovely and my pup always leaves happy but he always leaves with lots of tangles left in him and the cut is messy with long hairs throughout. I have been trying to correct some of his cut with scissors at home to make it look a little better which I shouldn’t have to do at the price they are charging! Also charged me an extra £10 and didn’t tell me until I looked at my receipt (had vouchers so didn’t notice the extra charge straight away)
