Appointment cancelled with no warning

The staff etc are great. You permanently having £15 of my money in a continuous ‘deposit’ is ridiculous.

Not the best grooming services. Dogs fur still tangled despite not being full grown from start.

I had an appointment booked for 7 weeks, when I went in they said the appointment wasn’t there. Then I receive a text to rate my experience. Absolutely appalled by the service.
