Brilliant experience staff were amazing. My dog was calm and relaxed really recommend there drying skills as my dog usually hates the dryers. My only moan is they put your dog in a crates when finished which mine hates and was barking but she was happy when she came out.

I absolutely love the care and attention that the girls in the Groom Room give to our furry friends. They go extra special mile to make them look happy and snog.

My dog, Carlos has anxiety separation this was his first visit and I can honestly say Carlos was treated very well I will be taking him back in another 6 weeks and hope to have regular treatment and that Carlos will settle easily with the Groom Room

As always staff really good with mabel. She looks lovely.

The groomer who looked after Bobby today was fantastic. He made Bobby feel very relaxed and he is such a caring and gentle person. Thank you for caring for Bobby so well. I’m sorry we didn’t get your name but once Bobby is picked up he’s very excited to go home!

Milly who groomed Marley was absolutely brilliant with him. She listened to my requests of how I wanted him groomed and delivered to a high standard.. thank you Milly. When I collected Marley he seemed relaxed and at ease.

Poor groom. Nails not clipped, dried poo still on bottom area, tail hair uneven and looks like it’s been hacked at, eyebrow area still covering eyes.
