As a customer of 10 years
As a customer of 10 years, I feel I am in a perfect position to give an outline of the service you can expect from zFast. Until they were bought out by UnlimitedWebHostingUK they were the best hosting company I could ask for, the support team were more than happy to go out of their way and support you in any way imaginable to get your services working correctly - for that, I am immensely grateful (to name just two Dan and Lee were brilliant) Now, since the buyout - support tickets have an average response time of about forever after their first response which is always "That's not possible" "We don't offer that" and everything else in-between. You can reply within in the same minute of them and all they've done with their generic response is shove you back down to the bottom of the pile. I am now migrating away from zFast due to their pricing going through the roof and their quality of service is subpar to what it once was. Migrating away from them after 10 years? They won't make that easy, I'm now having to pay double for a different server with them to get access to the root details of all my accounts to migrate them externally. Being that I agreed to spend more money to migrate away from them I somewhat expected them to be mildly more forthcoming with help, no - not the case at all. You're still very much on your own without an ounce of assistance or a ticket reply within 16 hours. There is no phone support, the phone support will either tell you to submit a ticket or say they don't understand the issue and you should submit a ticket - so lose lose for the customer. This is if they actually answer the phone which is next to never, so get used to being on hold all the time. Overall I would suggest you go elsewhere or maybe even try their parent company, maybe they care about that one and it's customers slightly more.

Absolutely excellent support and service provided by zFast - I've used them for years and never once encountered a problem. Their support is definitely one of the best I've ever come accross with fast and genuinely informative/technical support received. I would highly recommend zFast.

I didn't understand what to do as a consequence of a recent email. Tommy B sorted it all out for me and replied very quickly having done what was necessary.

I've been using these guys for about 10 years now and they're always very responsive and helpful in a timely manner. Their services are great value for money and much better than the large household names e.g. GoDaddy and co.

Yet again ZFast came to our rescue when one of our online shops was infiltrated by a malicious scammer which fortunately we pre-empted. Andy helped us no end with some really useful suggestions such as installing Cloudflare. ZFast always goes the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We have had a number of Hosts in the past but ZFast is our "forever" service provider. David Sales, Company Secretary.
