The team were fantastic! They saved me a full meltdown! Special thank you to Nick and Andy. They were very patient with me and the fact that I'm not very technically minded LOL. They had me back up nd running in a matter of minutes, I would highly recommend this company!

The guys at Zfast are superb

The guys at Zfast are superb. They have rescued our sites more than once and today did a sterling job helping us restore a situation that had failed. The hosting is cost effective, you get loads of space and it is FAST. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Super Fast Support, even at night.

I needed help getting my old files back from a service I was cancelling. They were extremely helpful and were able to get me the files I needed. I originally put in the Ticket late at night (8 pm-ish) and they had got back to me in less than half an hour and were still working to resolve my issue after a couple of back and forth messages, well past 9pm. This was really appreciated as I was expecting a reasonable response time to be the next day.

Account suspended for the 2nd time in

Account suspended for the 2nd time in. It so many months, this time because they claim I was sending spam emails or malicious emails direct from my email account ?!?!? I’m a professional and have no interest or time for that and as a result they suspended my account. Have warned if I get another I would move to another service provider, when working it’s fantastic and customer service is always good. However it’s a shame the low security and security ethic for their shared hosting systems is so low. I hope this improves a little meaning I dont have to move. But I’m now arranging a plan b!

Looked at this host a few years ago as…

Looked at this host a few years ago as a backup for a very few non commercial low traffic sites, on a reseller plan, although I cannot complain about the support, but I will say this, with most requests I have I am greeted with "you need a private server", cant use WP multisite installs they have multiple "so called" security issues, the real kicker was when they don't allow the server to send out emails for basic open source apps (not mass mailers) that THEY offer in their own product offering. Totally regret going with them and will have to start migrating everything to a host that will actually provide "real world" hosting.
