Great wedding gift. Delivery was perfect.

This was a gift for friends getting married tomorrow. It was delivered on time and friends are delighted. I liked that I could choose which champagne and other elements if the hamper. I had some trouble with paying on the website and had to repeat the payment stage several times before it worked.

Final say on the matter

I feel i must respond on trustpilot rather than messaging you direct. DO NOT insinuate that i am attempting to blackmail you when i clearly haven't, i am merely a very unhappy consumer that is entitled by law to seek compensation from a business that they feel haven't provided the service they have paid for. I paid your company £7.95 for DPD to deliver my parcel as this is your preferred sender. DPD told me to contact you as their client and for you to contact them. I am merely stuck in the middle, DPD are lying to one of us as they have 2 different version of events. As a retail store manager myself i know it is difficult to have negative comments made about your business but at the end of day life isn't all 5 star reviews, you have to take the good with the bad and have the humility to accept it as so. This is my final word on this sorry saga thank you.
