We used Handmade Hampers to order Christmas gifts for our VIP clients ad not only were the products and hampers fantastic (great mix and quality of products) but the service was outstanding too - the team couldn't have been more helpful in terms of walking us through the best products to choose to make up bespoke hampers, and just lifted everything off us once the selections has been made including shipping and tracking. On time; your automated delivery notification system was very good; and our friends loved what they got. One suggestion - a note on the outside of the box to indicate if there are items that need refrigeration (our friends weren't going to open this till Xmas day, but because they weren't sure what was in it, they had to open it as soon as they got it). Superb box and content but what really surprised me pleasantly was the care the team provided, even going as far as personally contacting me and informing me of the package’s delivery status as I was not home to collect it when if was initially delivered. Really impressed and happy to have trusted this company. I reccomend them!
