An overall amazing experience. Ordered the Kanken no.2 laptop 15", and couldn't be happier with the purchase. I really can't rate this company highly enough. Brought two bags from them in the last week (Weekender and High coast crossbody). You know you are dealing with a legit vendor, prices are cheaper then buy direct and delivery is super fast. Ordered Friday and came today. I ordered and received a bag that was/is lovely but I had some queries about bag size/measurements and after messaging about this I got a prompt response and shared several exchanges with member of staff Sue. I also heard from Phoebe and Lucy. Sue was helpful and thoughtful and took the trouble to look into my question and offer some ideas and suggestions; Prompt, polite, considerate and the real life touch although we actually never spoke.
