I hired crates from them when I moved and when my mum was moving I didn't think twice about using them again. The crates was delivered as arranged, we had to extend a few times as we wasn't sure when mum would be moving. Then when I phoned and ask if the crates can be picked up earlier the lady on the phone was very helpful and the crates was collected the next day and refund made. Awesome service.
