Extremely simple service; polite, helpful staff.

Following a flood we needed to empty our library to replace the carpet, a difficult task with nearly 400 children and staff moving around! The service from Crate Hire was excellent and the items they sent us did the job perfectly. All staff in the office and delivering were helpful and polite and the items were delivered and collected on time. Only small negative - they didn't have all the equipment we required but managed to offer us suitable alternatives. We would use this company again.

Renting only ten crates, I thought I might be treated as an inconvenience. However, the staff were uniformly friendly, helpful and courteous, and I will certainly use this company again. I use Crate Hire whenever I move house, which is too often (once per year). The Crate r entail with delivery is on par with price of buying moving boxes and material. I like that we aren't creating a lot of rubbish. The crates are always on time and picked up as schedule. The times I've had to call or amend an order they are always friendly and helpful.
