Overall, an excellent service. The only comment I would like to make is that we hired two plastic dollies but were told by the driver that there was only one available. Instead, he gave us a flat, wooden one that he had in his van, which turned out quite difficult to use.

Highly recommended. We used Crate Hire UK for our office move. The online set up process is easy. I had to regularly order additional crates and extend the timescale on numerous occasions. It was a smooth process at every stage and the staff were always very helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble; thanks for making this part of our office move stress free!

Delivery happened later than delivery window stated due to a previous job running late. No phone call to say they would be late. Apart from that all was good and crates were ideal for our move.
