Good service, fast turnaround

The service I received from Test4Less was generally great. The postage and return of my tester was easy and the calibration certificate included. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is purely because on the website they claim "Our normal turnaround time for calibration is between 3-5 working days". However my tester took the best part of two weeks from the day I sent it to the day it was back in my hands. Personally this was no issue for me but I believe it it fair to point out.

Such poor service. Too long to explain. Arranged for pick up from local pick up point. UPS turned up on my doorstep. Than they lost my tester saying I never sent it. Sent them proof from UPS. Said they would send me replacement once I send them proof of delivery. Sent them proof and now they found it. Had to phone everyday chasing them, they never bothered to call back once. One person said they will give 20% discount for all the inconvenience, another said No there is no mention of discount on their notes than changed her mind and said there is 2% discount. Will never use again or recommend.
