Fast turnaround for calibration and good service. They had an issue with there stock when ordering some filters, system showing stock but they had been issued to technicians, therefore not available for sale. So had to buy else where. Will use every time!

Sent by tester on Monday they phoned on Tuesday to confirm delivery and it had been serviced. Returned by Thursday. Very fast and efficient.

nightmare revived a call on Friday night my unit was ready for delivery.i had paid for fast delivery so it will be with me Monday. Monday phone call 8.30 it will now be Tuesday for delivery. Tuesday still no delivery tried calling Test 4 less no answer on phone no one called me back, in the end send email. someone call me and said we forgot to give your telephone number to the people delivering the unit and was told will call from 4.30 till 5.30 no one called Wednesday called test 4 less she called the delivery people it was not untill 5pm that at last i got my tester back
