Good service and quick dispatch

Communication could have been better, and the email I was looking out for for the packing slip and details came from an email that I thought was a scam because it never said it was from test4less and had an attachment with no title. After I realised a few days later after deleting it, I retrieved it and everything went smoothly after that. Would definitely use again though, they just need to communicate better.

Ordered item, paid for two day delivery, nothing happened for about week and half. Contacted credit card to see if money was taken, Money was pending , my bank adviced me to wait until it stopped pending and buy somewhere else. so I ordered the tester from another supplier thinking my order wasn’t coming and low and behold two arrived, the one test4less sent me was used. So now I lost money for fast delivery and I have to pay to send it back to them, and my credit card went over credit limit and they charged me. So all in all not the greatest experience.

I booked my meter in for a calibration from eBay last year and this year you phoned me and we arraigned for it to be collected from site we’re I was working and returned to my home very satisfied and pleased with your service and I would be happy to recommend and use you in the future Regards Andrew Dowding
