It was time saving and handy for me as my analyser was pick and dropped at home. Happy with service

Contacted Test4less beginning of March to return a faulty manometer which was only a month old. They showed little interest. Finally one month later and after several emails, calls, a PayPal claim (which they ignored) and a failed collection it was finally returned. Then spoke with an unhelpful rude staff member (Vanessa) who gave the distinct impression she couldn’t really be bothered. The next day came a refund through PayPal but no explanation as to why a refund and no exchange. A throughly disappointing experience we will not be repeating, or using this company again. Test4less, I suggest you train your staff how to interact with customers before they vote with their feet! Edit: I’m unable to leave a reply to test4less reply. I contacted you following the initial voice mail and was ignored. I also emailed and even opened a PayPal dispute which you also ignored. As for the rude staff member who insisted in trying to talk over me on the phone, words fail me. Trying to explain it away doesn’t wash! Perhaps the thing to do was to actually contact us instead of replying to a review left on a third party site where there’s a good chance we would not see it!

Very good turn around time but I never received the free LED head torch that was advertised, so a bit disappointing.
