Its a no brainer for me. They explained everything that would be done. arranged pick up, delivered it back, all within a week. You cant ask for more.

great customer service but i wish the salesman talked me into buying the next model up as I am resticted to what I can test. still it is very good indeed.

Service non existent!

I ordered an item on Sunday night with a delivery time of between 3-5 days. I assumed that they'd get the order first thing Monday and the item would arrive Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Instead, on Friday (the last day it should arrive) I get an email telling me it's just be shipped and it'll arrive the following Monday. I contacted them and they said the item was out of stock and it arrived with them Monday afternoon from their supplier. So they still had four whole days to get it to me, or failing that they could have told me it wouldn't arrive on time. But they didn't bother and just sent it when it suited them. Great. Except I needed it! Thanks
