Service provided by test4less very satisfactory. Pick up by DPD also excellent as arrived during allocated 1 hour time slot but no contact from returning courier (FedEx) as to delivery day or time and as a result equipment was left with a neighbour. Not very satisfied with this part of the process.

As a recently retired commercial electrician, I have a lot of experience in purchasing test equipment. I usually buy Fluke products, and in the past have stuck to the very well known suppliers, which Test4Less beat by miles. They have a freephone number (handy) and their packing of goods is flawless, among the best I have seen. Prices cannot be matched, for genuine equipment. Best of all is that the items I ordered were in stock for next day delivery (some companies had a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks on test equipment). Brilliant excellent value,speedy delivery and good quality product.

Received a clamp meter they next day but unfortunately it had an issue with the display. A quick call to them and a new one was arranged to be sent out and the faulty one picked up for the very next day. Great friendly service.
