I’m dubious about the side effects of this device. My teeth had started hurting after the third session and I’m scared about side effects. Putting electrical charges in your mouth…sounds like a crazy idea when you think about it.

I followed all the therapy instructions…

I followed all the therapy instructions and then had another sleep study done. It showed there was a improvement in my sleep apnea! I’m sleeping better and will continue to use my device 2x a week.

Happy with my excite

I’ve been using the Exciteosa since January 2022. The physician that I work with was monitoring when I was using it she would look at my sleep even still using my CPAP and the night before .After about four months I asked her if we could do another sleep study she said yes, a few different things happened so we actually didn’t get to do it for another three months, but when we repeated my sleep study, my sleep apnea had went from severe to mild. She said I did not have to use my CPAP machine anymore. I continue to use my exciteosa I use mine daily maybe every other day but I am so happy with this product, and I am very thankful for it .

More than a review it’s a concern

More than a review it’s a concern. I’ve been using this device for 19 days now (almost three weeks) and I still don’t see any improvement in my snoring. I wonder if anybody has seen any results prior to the suggested 6 weeks period

All but reduced my snoring

Using the eXcite device was simple and I found I was able to increase the intensity of the sessions in a short period. In conjunction with an oral dental device I have all but reduced my snoring to close to nothing. I have tested with mild OSA (AHI-8) and will have a follow up test now that I have completed the initial eXcite treatment to confirm the AHI reduction.

I suffer from mild to moderate sleep…

I suffer from mild to moderate sleep apnea and have a tongue base problem. I have tried so many products as alternative to cpap but nothing worked .So i decided to give excite OSA a go and 6 week money back guarantee was good deal aswell, i have to say I have been sleeping alot better and waking up fresher in the mornings since I have been using excite osa. I would definitely recommend this to people with mild to moderate sleep apnea. It's a fantastic product.

I did substantially reduce my snoring

I first heard about the ExciteOSA device at my doctor’s office. Another impression arrived soon after while listening to the Doctor Radio program on Sirius XM where the ExciteOSA device was described in detail by physicians with the possibility of it helping people like me with mild-to-moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea reduce their snoring and even a chance to replace my CPAP machine. I purchased the ExciteOSA from my own physician with the hopes it would reduce my snoring and help me sleep more soundly and it certainly did both. As instructed I placed the device in my mouth every day for twenty minutes and increased the intensity at my own pace. The whole process is simple and painless, I do the session while watching “Jeopardy.” The app is clear and easy to use and does an accurate job of tracking and rewarding progress. At the 4-week mark I was definitely snoring less, some nights not at all. The next step for me is to do an overnight sleep test ordered by my doctor without the CPAP machine to see if I can literally replace the machine and use only the ExciteOSA. I recommend setting an appointment reminder on your phone to keep yourself consistent. Would love to see ExciteOSA add a visual or app reminder when the device battery is low. WIth regular use as directed at the beginning and only 2 sessions per week after my introduction I now snore only occasionally and briefly, very different from how I was before. My granddaughter who often sleeps over at my house is as grateful as I am.

I tried a mouthpiece first for mild OSA…

I tried a mouthpiece first for mild OSA and couldn’t tolerate it. I like that this is an alternative to a CPAP. I had to learn to keep it dry inside and had a bit of issue with that at first. They have a very responsive support team. I am not sure yet if it helps for sleep apnea and snoring but will check soon. It’s easy enough to use.

Definitely makes a difference.

I've been feeling fatigued and tired for as long as I can remember and seeing as my Dad has severe sleep apnea, I decided to get checked out. I completed some sleep studies through the VA and they determined I had mild sleep apnea that was bad enough to warrant treatment. They suggested I use eXciteOSA as there weren't any cpap machines available due to a shortage. I primarily used the device during the spring months as my sleep apnea worsens considerably during allergy season, especially with my nose being blocked. I stopped using it during the summer and fall months, but I'm starting to feel lethargic and tired again and can attribute that to not using the device. My overall wellness is much better when staying on schedule, but it can be hard to remember to use it especially if you get busy or travel a lot. Customer service has been great and the app is simple to use. My one complaint is the mouthpieces have an expiration date that starts the first time you use it and counts down regardless of whether you use the mouthpiece daily. I'd rather see it expire after a certain amount of actual uses, but it's a minor issue. Overall, exciteOSA has greatly improved my quality of life. Sticking to the program is the hardest part, but if you do you'll notice a difference.
