While there were a few early glitches as I learned aspects of using the device that weren't in the instructions, once I had that, it's been absolutely easy and consistent. 20 minutes a day that decreases to a few times a week after 3 months vs getting tangled in CPAP hose every night, worrying about having distilled water and figuring out how to travel with all of that...eXciteOSA wins hands down. The staff has indeed been accessible 24/7, and each person I've dealt with has been knowledgeable, including knowing when to refer a question or concern to a specific somebody else. It often does take a few weeks for the process to fully work for individual users, but it's totally worth (IMHO) the "settling in time" for the benefit that accrues.

I had minor issues with snoring that were only getting worse before my ENT doctor suggested trying eXciteOSA It’s helping my breathing at night and I’ve noticed better quality of sleep and better breathing at night. I used to wake up in the middle of the night with a completely dry mouth and completely stuffed, dry, nose, but using eXciteOSA has reduced those problems for me

After my husband started using the Excite device his his snoring has almost completely stopped and he sleeps more soundly. Much better on me as opposed to the machine he used to use.

I use eXciteOSA in conjunction with an oral appliance because I have moderate OSA. I have noticed relief with snoring with this device. As far as the app, sometimes when I open it, the screen shows the very first session that I did, so I have to scroll all the way to today's session. Would be nice if there was a button where you could press to start today's session without having to scroll to the right.

Finally, my Husband has hope that something other than a CPAP machine can help with his OSA! ExciteOSA customer support has been responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. My Husband has never been ignored or left to figure out the continuing process of obtaining replacement mouthpieces without help. I have seen a definite improvement in His condition. It may not have "cured" His condition, but it has greatly reduced his snoring and gasping episodes. I'm so thankful that the device has improved his overall health!

I have been using Excite for about 3 months now. It has been really easy to incorporate into my schedule and beats having the sleep with the CPAP. The app is easy to use, and the reminders are helpful. The assigned Excite Advocate has more than helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. I completed my sleep study but have not gone in for the results. If my sleep has improved, I don't see myself ever going back to using a CPAP. I still use the device for 20mins a day for now and haven't transitioned over to less times a week. It's not inconvenient for me and would complete 20mins a day of therapy for 8-10 hours of quality sleep at night. The CPAP would wake me up, cause extreme dry eyes and gastro issues. Now I am able to sleep comfortably. The only issue for me was the charger giving out for a few days. It somehow ended up working again though. I might be an issue if I cannot easily get the tongue replacement or charger replaced quickly and it affects my sleep.

I've been using eXcite since April 2022. For the first six weeks, it was twenty minutes every day. Now it's twenty minutes twice a week. I find it very easy to incorporate into my life. The app provides reminders, information, and access to help via chat. My partner reports that I "do the funny gasping thing" less every night and my sleep tests show an improvement as well! I had gotten really frustrated with CPAP before trying eXciteOSA. CPAP was disruptive to my sleep, uncomfortable, dried my throat and eyes, un-sexy, and made me feel less rested than without it. I tried to stick with it because I have friends that have gotten to love their CPAPs, but I just never could. I'm so glad I learned about eXciteOSA and plan to stick with it forever!

I used the CPAp Machine and never felt I got a good nights rest. With Excite I’m sleeping better and not tired during the day.

I used eXciteOSA for couple of weeks and see reduction in Osa as well. However frequent breaking of mouthpiece with chargers could’ve been lot better. This will be game changer for myself will let you know sooner once I get the next device

I have been very pleased with the OSA device for treating mild sleep apnea. The small device is easy to use with an App and prompts you with reminders when you need to start a session. My sleep and energy level has improved a lot and I am waking up very seldom throughout the night.
