Ordered racking and 12 plastic storage boxes, when it arrived the boxes were damaged. I refused delivery and emailed Tufferman, they apologised and promptly despatched another order. Arrived in perfect condition, very sturdy, well worth the money 👍

Not industrial quality, flimsy components. Delivery failed to arrive on specified date despite paying additional premium (now refunded).

Bought CRX shelving.2 separate orders. Ordering easy and quick delivery. Had a delivery issue first time around but was pre Xmas and fault was with delivery company and Tufferman staff helpful. You can't get them by phone but leave a message or email and they respond. NO instruction for construction which is poor but fairly self evident. For the larger units I bought it is a 2 man job, just about possible alone but difficult. You definitely need the rubber mallet but after 2 constructions mine is falling apart so maybe buy separately from different source. Finished product looks good and does the job. With above caveats would recommend

Quality product for the money lots ov emails letting me know when coming , defo recommend to others . Only thing I had to utube how to put together as instructions not very clear , but after putting first one together other two went up easily.

This racking was reasonably priced and went together as described without any difficulty. Didn't get five stars because the couriers lost one of the 3 packs which had to be re delivered, they also were very rough with the packages bending the ends of some of the racking. It straightened well enough and I had made the decision that it didn't justify returning the product. Good product but needs different courier or stronger packaging. Company did refund my next day delivery charge.
