I've been lucky enough to purchase 2 lovely Hunza G bikinis, unfortunately one of them became faulty whilst away on holiday. I contacted the customer care team and witching 24hours they said a replacement was being sent out to me. Very impressed with the customer care team and so pleased I'll be able to take my gorgeous bikini on my next trip

Excellent Customer Care Team, I was on My holiday. I have wear the swimsuit for only four times. After i rinsed the swimsuit with water i lay the swimsuit in site out on the drying rack then i saw the hole. On the outside you don’t see it. There are no loose treads byeond the hole. It looks like a weaving mistake. I have hold my self to the care instructions standing on the website of Hunza G. I am so happy with the swimsuit and i am so careful with it. I send a e-mail to Hunza with my complaint of the swimsuit and the Customer Care Team of Hunza was verry helpful. They gave me a verry good solution. Thank you for your help en service Team Hunza! I am verry satisfying for the solution.

After purchasing two swimsuits from another store and receiving no help with a damaged suit, I reached out to the Hunza G support team, and they replaced it for me. What truly stands out, though, is the fantastic customer service. The team was prompt, helpful, and made me feel valued as a customer. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

I recently had to contact the hunza g customer care team because after only a few wears a small hole appeared. Even though it was a Sunday I got a reply within minutes and after sending a few photos I was offered a replacement Nadine bikini. I am so so impressed with the customer care I received and highly recommended getting in touch with them if you have any concerns and are within the 12 month warranty, I believe they want the best experience for thier customers!
