I have had a great experience so far with Green Homes the workmen were here nice and early as arranged to do my underfloor insulation and then I had the pleasure of Duncan and Davie who fitted the vents, they were very pleasant and left the place very clean and tidy.

Can't fault them at all. They took me through every step and kept me updated through to the end. Very easy to deal with and very clear and helpful, excellent customer service. Whole process from first contact was about 6-8 weeks and I didn't pay a penny for my boiler or insulation. Brilliant, already feeling the difference.

The Green Home Systems employees turned up on time worked very professionally the whole time they were at the house, the kept us updated as to what they were doing. We had previously been offered Cavity insulation however the feedback was always that due to the location of the house and lack of access this could not be done, however the guys from Green Home did it with very little disruption to ourselves or our neighbours - would highly recommend.

I have recently used this company and what a great experience it was I had a leaflet posted through my door and spoke to John to start off with he was great talked me through everything and then spoke with Audrey who then got my insulation done and 3 days later boiler fitted and all done through government grant so thanks very much for the great customer service and the quick and professional turnaround on the work highly recommended if there was 10 stars I would have gave 10

Green Home Systems handled everything in arranging for me to have Cavity Wall Insulation and a replacement boiler fitted, which meant I'd no hassle to deal with. All staff I came into contact with were polite, friendly and got on with the job on hand. The workmen cleaned up so there was minimal mess. It was explained to me all along the line what would happen and how long each job would take, so there were no nasty surprises. When there was a delay I was informed as quickly as possible and an alternative appointment was given for the following day, at my convenience. A job well done. The only slight niggle was a snag with the paperwork at the beginning (being held up), but the proper action was taken, apologies received then they fired on and it was all sorted. I would recommend this company for the work carried out.

My wife and I are delighted with the work to our home carried out by Green Home Systems U.K. Allan and George who fitted the cavity wall insulation and trickle vents were excellent as was Declan and his colleagues who fitted insulation under the floor. Neil and Mark the gas engineers along with John the roofer removed our old boiler and associated tanks and pipework and fitted an efficient economy boiler to our home as a replacement they were both exceptional tradesmen. Indeed all who came to our home were first class and a pleasure to deal with.

Green home systems came to do IWI (internal wall insulation) on my home. I am very thankful for getting this done as other companies would not do it. The installation of the insulated plasterboard was a mixed bag with about 70% being passable and about 30% was done badly. I have a lot of experience in insulation installation and the lack of care was alarming with large voids, big gaps, steps in levels and even whole areas missed. The lads were here for a short amount of time and I then spent over two weeks doing remedial works to the areas that I felt the quality was just not acceptable. The plaster (Garry) arrived after I had everything squared away and was an absolute champion and worked long hours and did a really professional job, if I was just reviewing this stage of the works I would give it 5 stars without question but I have to review the job as a whole and I spent a LOT of money on materials and a large amount of my time to get it sorted out prior to plastering. The end result is a well insulated house with a great plaster finish and I am very happy. In response to the below comment from the company : at the time of the installation I was concerned that if I complained about the poor workmanship it would have resulted in the same team coming back and at that point i was not prepared to have the same crew come back as I was concerned that any repairs would be sub standard (rightly or wrongly) and having the skills to do it myself I thought the best solution was to undertake the work myself. I made it very clear to the plasterer that I was not happy with the defective work and he passed on my concerns to his managers but they never contacted me. I would like to say that at the end of the day I am a happy customer but feel the company should really have some sort of quality management in place / Clark of works to make sure that the work on site meets the promise that the paper work stipulates.
