The heating engineer Neil is a very nice person to talk to as a retired plumber I thought his pipework was excellent. All in all I am very happy with the way the work was carried out

Under floor insulation guy were quick and efficient and boiler guy very efficient he had a long day.

Great experience from your staff that did our underfloor insulation.the heating engineers were also very good however I’ve had to call them back to fix a leak on the waste pipe hopefully they will sort this in the coming week.overall all very good

Great communication from start to finish. Everything was installed quickly and no mess left behind. Was a very smooth installation. I have recommended to lots of friends and family members.

Can't fault them, a very quick and easy process, they surveyed the property and within two weeks, the joiners were installing the insulation, and all finished off with a great plastering job. All of the workmen were more than pleasant, clean and tidy.

From start to finish everything ran smoothly and all the boys were very professional and polite . That's why I rated the experience excellent 👌

The boiler and the insulation are A1 - problem was with communication and getting dates for things to happen. Everyone was very pleasant can't understand why they cannot give you a date for boiler installation until after physically installing insulation - understand they want to insulate first (although I imagine that makes life harder for the gas fitter) but don't understand why they can't give you actual dates so that you can plan things (our new kitchen install had to happen after the boiler install) The guys doing the insulation and boiler fitting work were very good- couldn't fault them
