Had to exchange the bibs after buying my gf a set of outerwear. Got in touch with the Horsefeathers customer service, as I was concerned the exchange may not arrive in time for our upcoming trip, and they were very accommodating in getting the exchange done quickly and the replacement bibs shipped out. Gear seems really well designed and looks great.

Customer service was great, the item I ordered was not no stock and they in about 30min send me an email explaining the situation and give me total refund.

To bad, that you cant return your order for free. I understand, that they want to be green and minimize shipment, but how should u try on the clothes, when u dont live in Pilsen? You can do a "no free return" policy, when u have enough stores, where people can try on your stuff, but not if people mostly buy online. So i had to pay 20 € extra, just to try clothes... Sadly i wouldnt buy there again, altough i think the clothes have a good quality.

Non ho ancora potuto testare la tuta sulla neve. Al momento posso solo dire che sembra tutto di buona fattura, le misure corrispondo alla tabella misure presente sul sito e la spedizione è stata veloce!
