UPDATE 20/4/2023: The senior manager reached out and sent my remaining order with no extra shipping charge. Received my products within 3 days. Some hiccups with this order but they rectified the problem. Will consider ordering again in the future. Your website stated clearly that for preorder items, it will be shipped once it becomes available. You did not mention for each item, I must place ANOTHER NEW order to cover the shipping. I already paid 39.95 GBP for shipping, I ordered multiple items in one order because shipping is expensive. I did not expect I need to pay 39.95 GBP FOR EVERY PREORDER ITEM. This is absurd!!! Scam company!!
