Absolute shambles! Do not order products from Thai company. I ordered 2 cosmelan packs and one was faulty. I called and was told to send an email. They took 5 hours and still no response as I needed to perform the peel the next day. I then called up and the so called customer services is still waiting for her manager to respond. Who later on after 4 calls came on the phone and said they need to process a faulty goods form and investigate. God knows how long the investigation will take they didn’t even acknowledge their fault. The company and the customer service is a shambles. I would never use them again. Honestly there 1 star reviews are well deserved!!

Very good customer service especially on WhatsApp. And economical prices for all products compared to other sites, but very bad partner (Royal Mail) takes 1-2 months to deliver international shipments.
