First of all, I have contacted your customer service many times during this period, but your company has shirked all responsibilities and let me wait indefinitely! 1. The two boxes of packages arrived in China on January 28, 2022. China Post maliciously refused to deliver them. I contacted your company to ask China Post to send them to me. The customer service replied that I should contact China Post to return the packages to your company and ask me to pay the freight again. 2. China Post maliciously returned my package. After your company received the package, WeChat Chinese customer service told me that the package was missing 2 items, I asked her if there was any trace of China Post opening the package after she received it, and she replied no. If there is no trace of opening, I have good reason to suspect that your company stole it after receiving it, or your company sent 2 items short. The next thing l expect is a refund with a compensation if Reliable Medicare still has any integrity. What has happened to my order is breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. And give the regulation above, And I am asking for a refund and expect a full repayment within 3 calendar days. If Reliable Medicare fail to do so. I will escalate without hesitation.
