Reliable Medicare is totally a fraud company . It’s so ironic they replied ‘friendly customer service’. We bought the insurance but their Whats app team says it only cover the damage of the products. But before we purchase we asked their Wechat team. And their Wechat team says it cover the damage and lost parcel. Their friendly customer service was kept ignoring customers message and trying to pass the buck to DHL. Reliable Medicare declared our order value from £2800 to £119 to DHL. And pass the responsibility to DHL by saying DHL can only offer the reimbursement for £119.
