Fast delivery, easy process and great products

I have recently made a purchase from their website and one of the creams has been sent with the outer seal removed, fingerprints all over the jar lid and the jar seal partially open. I took photos and immediately emailed the customer service and asked for them to arrange for the faulty product as it could be contaminated and either send a replacement or issue a refund. Zoe replied and said they need to run further investigations since their warehouse is very professional and this would not happen and basically insinuating that I’m lying and disregarding the images I sent. A few replied back and forth and they still don’t want to assume any responsibility and are asking me for them to wait longer for them to further investigate. For what I care I am a customer who paid for a product and received one that has been opened. If they need to run further investigations they can just collect the faulty product and use the fingerprints. Not my problem. First and last purchase from them and will further report to the consumer’s protection as this violates the UK Cosmetics Regulations.

I just came across this website for dermal fillers and I am so happy! I received the order so quickly. The website is so easy to use especially for the purchase of these products as i have been on other sites before and they require too much info. RM365 was so quick and easy and i noticed they also have a reorder button which is perfect for me as i travel alot i have less time to mess around on sites. I love this shop! Why put the VAT on the end makes it seem product is cheap when it is not

Because I had issue placing an order I had it through at 5.01:25 seconds so just 1minute 25 seconds later and they said they wouldn’t send out for next day delivery
