Order placed. Paid 3 times with cards ( same card used to order products). Money got deducted - 120GBP. After 30 min their customer service sends email saying payment rejected. They sent me bank account details to make bank transfer for a dhl payment 😂😂😂. This is like a 3 rd world type service. Made one more bank transfer - this time 60 gbp including transfer fées… Still no products, no dispatch. Only emails and threats not to leave bad comments about them. This is ALL what they care for. Below is the part of email from them: “We will kindly ask once again that you remove your reviews. Please note that any future comments on our customer service team and employees will lead to you being banned from our store as we will not tolerate such behaviour and language.” DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
