Excellent service and delivery. I ordered a tennis racket on Monday desperately in need of it for a match on Thursday so I emailed and Gary could not have been anymore helpful. He managed to get it strung and out to me for Thursday. Fantastic shop and I will be recommending them to anyone for tennis gear. Thank you again.

Ordered a racket with a custom string job on Wednesday and received just two days later! Properly packaged and arrived in immaculate condition. The negative reviews appear to be regarding table tennis tables; if you’re in the market for a tennis racket don’t let their score put you off. Cheers

The delivery and the product itself were fine. I requested a change of string and tension for an extra cost and this was not provided. Trying to get hold of customer services to discuss but yet to hear back

Ordered a pair of Prince squash shoes for my husbands birthday. He played in them twice and they split. Emailed just rackets with an image. Gary replied asking for more photos, which I sent over the same day. Hadn't heard anything, so 8 days later I chased them up. Gary replied stating he would chase Prince for a replacement. I chased again 12 days later. No response. Have chased again and still no response.

Zero customer service. I returned some tennis balls, no response. Queried it. Nothing back. Avoid at all cost...

Do not order from this website. One of my rackets broke after minimal use and was supposed to be replaced through warranty. I sent pictures and then the racket back to the company. Owner Gary was back and fourth on email sending mixed messages. After 3 months of emails, Gary forgot what the return even was. Awful service

Although rating on trustpilot was low , I ignored score and gave it a go. Item delivered exactly within period mentioned on my order and when email to sales team I had a response within the hour! No problems or so ever , recommend 100%.

Don't use this company. Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a pair of trainers, no sign of them after a week or so. Emailed and Gary replied to say the order had been missed as they were changing warehouses but would be sent next day delivery (would seem from other reviews there is always some excuse). No sign of them weeks later and Gary still coming up with excuses and no sign of a ~£50 refund either. Very similar to previous 1 star reviews, not a trustworthy company.

I purchased a Butterfly garden rollaway 5000 in grey. Spoke online to Gary who gave a good deal which included TT bats, balls n TT butterfly cover. Item arrived within 1 week but unfortunately got damaged en route. Emailed Gary who advised a prompt return and exchange. Kids opted for a blue TT which we’ve put together now and is fab. Realise communication has been an issue having read previous reviews, but I’ve received an excellent service so feel it should be acknowledged too

Terrible experience. No information on tracking at all. Email them several times. First time they say there are bank holidays, the order will be with me next week. And when get to that time, they tell me my racket is not even dispatched yet, and it will be with me on Friday. And when we get to Friday, unsurprisingly, they have a new excuse-they need more information on my delivery address! I used the same address for all my orders, and no company has ever asked that. Avoid this company! Waste your time and money.
