Unable to download CPE certificate

I was unable to download my CPE certificate because i was experiencing difficulties completing my profile. I submitted an email requesting assistance yesterday afternoon and within a few hours, one of the reps. Mr Ray responded. He was prompt and efficient in addressing the issueand i am now able to download my CPE certificates. Thankyou for the responsiveness.

My Chat with Jim was short and to the point. He was able to address the issue and resolve it quickly. i was a little disappointed that it would take 30 minutes to receive a email reply.

I attended the virtual Fraud Symposium in 2021 and 2022. My-CPE provided tremendous support. Five stars is not enough.

Training is made convenient!

I like the format of the classes and ease of reserving on-demand training sessions. I found myself going through multiple training sessions and literally had to make myself log off to go to sleep.

Good content and value for the cost

Good content and value for the cost. The interface and design for navigating your website could use improvement. There are too many clicks to get to what you need and it's hard to tell what content will be available to you based on your package selections.
