I just experienced two glitches in back to back days. The first, after watching an 8 credit Live Webinar, and missing at most one of twenty+ poll questions, I did not receive an evaluation email and the course was placed under Poll Missed. Second, I watched just over 5 hours of a 5:20 long On Demand Webinar. When I logged back in the next morning to watch the final 15 minutes and to take the final quiz, it started me back at the beginning. The first issue was resolved via email, the second via chat support. While frustrated that the original issues occurred, I am very satisfied with the resolution. The great customer service has restored my faith in my-cpe.

Experienced issue/error with webinar
Several webinar issues -Understanding, detecting & preventing cash, credit card, Inventory & Payroll fraud. Jim was able to instruct me on how to get back in. I just hope this doesn't affect RCH credits.

I needed 35 credits in one month and the unlimited package was incredible. I did them all and the courses were actually meaningful and helped me immediately with client needs. I feel like I was drinking out of a fire hydrant yet courses I had a professional interest in taking.
