I used this firm about 3 years ago to do a simple transfer of two properties into my sole ownership after my divorce. It was only when I recently applied for a re-mortgage on one of the properties that I found that a restriction on both title deeds relating to the divorce was not removed as it should have been. I cannot complete the mortgage until that restriction is removed. I have emailed twice and also written a letter. Absolutely no response. I wish I had used another firm. Appalling service. Regarding to a source of fund check, I suggested Jonathan to visit the Hong Kong Land Registry to lodge a land search, which is a third party and publicly accessible prove of our gain from buy and sell of our home when we were in Hong Kong. He refused but required us to do the land search by ourselves. I think it would be better to get any third party confirmation directly to minimize any room of manipulation.
